The Abu Dhabi plaza is planned as an integrated mixed use development comprising retail, offices, residential and hotel buildings. It will have a unique identity and sense of place achieved through a series of slender towers that will act as new urban markers for the city of Astana. The project will incorporate the tallest tower in the CIS.

The completed project shall have many towers reaching different heights with the tallest tower reaching a height of 320 meters with 82 levels & will be the tallest building in the Central Asia. 

Project shall receive approx. 330,000 cum of concrete and Pamposh has been awarded substantial part of these civil works. Pamposh’s engagement on the site started from July 2014 and its scope of work is limited to execution of structural concrete works on unit item rate basis ( Labour only). 

Pamposh is rendering the manpower management services to M/s Khansaheb in Mall of the Emirates Expansion project since Feb 2014. The execution of works is in progress while the mall is completely functional. The work comprise of addition of a floor area by 25000 sqm, mostly by steel structures and will have additional 1200 retail spaces including restaurants & cinemas. Pamposh has started the works on site in Feb 2014.

The project comprise of Retail, Cinema, Galleria, Residential Tower, Office Towers and a 19 storey Hotel Tower.

The work allotted to Pamposh is structural civil works of an office tower having builtup area appprox. 40,000 sqm consisting of five basement, ground floor and 12 regular floors. Total concrete to be poured is 30,000 cum.

A very prestigious project for Government of Turkmenistan. As the name suggest, the building comprises of Congress Centre , Theatre and Concert areas with a seating capacity of 3000 people. In addition to above, the building will have a Press area for president and delegates attending the congress and two level carparking for 157 cars.

Project was awarded to Bouygues Batiment International, France in December 2012. The Structural Concrete Works started in March 2013 and the project is slated for inauguration in October 2014. The builtup area is approx. 120,000 m². Pamposh’s scope includes execution of following quantities of work.

Concrete – 72128 cum, Steel R/f – 7200 MT, Granite – 14000 sqm, Kerb Stone (Granite) – 2500 Lm

This is a University for International studies with various faculties and to cater to expatriate students in country as well as students of international programme and exchange programme.

The building comprises of Main Faculty Building having a Central Dome spanning 35 mtrs. and state of Art Teaching facilities, 3 Hostel Blocks of four floors each, A Cafeteria and Gymnasium / Sports area.

The structural concrete works started in July 2013 and the project is due for hand over in August 2014 to coincide with the academic session 2014-2015. Pamposh’s scope included execution of following quantities of work.

Construction of Phase 1A2, Tower and shell, of the ADNOC new corporate headquarters complex on Abu Dhabi Corniche Street, comprising of two basement levels plus ground floor and seventy five storey’s Tower totaling 328 mtr. high structure, stands awarded to M/s Six Construct.

Installation of 30,000 sqm. of specialized block masonary work including the art of block cutting and fixing of accessories etc. has been entrusted to Pamposh by M/s Six Construct. The main contractor is providing the key construction materials and Pamposh is responsible for execution of works as per the stringent stipulations laid and to the entire satisfaction of the consultants. 

In continuation to Block Work, Six Construct awarded Pamposh 15000 sqm of cement sand plaster, where the thickness including the rush coat is 15 mm to be applied on Block Masonry & Concrete Walls.

Pamposh is providing & managing manpower for execution of part of External and Internal Finishing Works for this 5 Star Hotel & Hotel Apartment Complex having world renowned brand as ‘Versace’. The main contractor is M/s Arabtec Inshaa. The Hotel is in the center of the city and on the banks of Dubai Creek. The structure is semi-circular and most of the rooms are facing towards Creeks of Dubai.
