Ritz Carlton Hotel and Apartment is located on Sheikh Zahid Road in DIFC area adjacent to Trade Tower in Dubai city. The project has basements in two levels, Mezzanine, Podium and two Towers, each 17 floors with 340 Keys and 323 Flats (Hotel and Apartment Towers). Civil and Structural works of entire Apartment block approx 135000 m² was allotted to Pamposh by M/s Bouygues Target JV comprising of 65000 Cum of concrete which was poured over a period of 16 months.
The apartment hotels features use of table form shuttering for repetitive Slabs, Metallic Panel for Columns and Walls and Conventional Shuttering of plywood and Doka in basement / Mezanine / Podium area. Special highlights of the project are Post Tension Slabs at Technical and Mechanical Floors at level 14 and 15. The civil works of the project was successfully executed 5 months ahead of schedule. Pamposh has worked on this project as a Labour Contractor on Fixed Item Rate Basis.
